We are all human. We are all vulnerable. We all make mistakes. We all need to be supported. We all need to be loved. We all need to be accepted. We all need respect. There is no shame in being human, being vulnerable, making mistakes, needing held, needing to be  loved, needing to be accepted or needing respect. It is our human nature and we are all similar in this way. So, don’t feel ashamed, or embarrassed because whether they want to admit it or not, there are approximately six billion other people who are in the exact same boat as you.
